FAT TO FIT-A VOYAGE TO HEALTHY BODY

Anyone being fat does not make them secondary,neither in appearance nor in their personality.The transfiguration should be done to satisfy our personal health rather than pleasing others and their judgements.Being fit not only does maintain your physical health, but also your mental peace .
There are many ways in which a body can be made robust.Various diets , exercises , routines etc are available nowadays,but it is important to know yourself and your body needs before implementing any changes in your lifestyle.
So here I will be telling some of the points that I think is more suitable for making ourselves sturdy and healthier .These points are going to be quiet interesting, because they can be remembered with just the alphabets,that is very much easy to remember and apply.
So let me just drive you through my personal and instinct points ,that transpired in my mind after thinking about each letters from the English alphabets...This is going to be fun.
Before
reading I should definitely give you a disclaimer that I am not a
personal dietitian or consultant.These points are what I have heard from
different health platforms, doctors and my personal experience .I don’t claim
myself fit and perfect but I am definitely trying to become one.This blog is just for sharing the information that I know based on the topic.
1.Adequacy-It is always recommended to have any grub, but only in an adequate amount.It is important to know your hunger level and consume only to satisfy your stomach, not to over eat and fill it until it burst out.
2.Balanced diet-Sustenance should include all types of nutrients , vitamins , minerals, carbohydrates and fats,but in a balanced manner. Nothing should be taken in excess.
3.Calorie count-It
is always good to have a count on the calories you consume.Each person will
have different body measurements and BMI (Body Mass Index), so it is necessary to know the
amount of calories you require and the limit in your intake.
4.Determination is a key factor that decides whether your journey is going to be difficult or smoother.You should know the necessity of boosting your metabolism by being active and energetic.
5.Efficiency
in whatever methods you are adopting.As I mentioned knowing your body
and adopting routines based on it can increase the efficiency of the
whole process and ease your journey.So the methods you embrace should be functional,effectual and fruitful to your body.
6.Fruits
7.Gallon of water- Always remember to drink water at least at an interval
of 2-3 hrs.This is the one thing I always forget and its my mom π€°️
who always reminds me .
8.Healthier versions-Replace baleful ingredients with healthier ingredients like jaggery instead of sugar,olive oil instead of butter or ghee,wheat in place of all purpose flour etc....
9.Implement these in your daily life.
10.Junk food -Say bye bye to them.Nowadays most of the kids and adults are more into junk food and oily food rather than healthy vivers .This is a very crucial step you should not miss or avoid.
11.Know yourself,your likes and dislikes.
12.Love yourself the way you are,and don't compel or force yourself to starve for losing weight.
13.Maintaining your food charts -Never keep on changing your meals or workout routines.Be consistent with it.
14.Never nod your head when someone give you any sweets,chocolates or cold drinks.
15.Optimize your chance and efforts that you put for a healthy version of yourself.
16.Pen it down- Always try to write down the food and drinks you take in a day,so that you can know what affects your body and how.
17.Quantity and quality-Even having healthy food in an excessive amount can affect your body.Always check the quantity before you eat and also its quality.
18.Roughage should be included in your diet for proper digestion and this gives ample energy.
19.Self confidence-You should believe and trust yourself while you work towards healthier body..
20.Time-Always give your body time to cope up and adapt.Nothing can happen in a sudden. So let your body take time to boost metabolism and work on itself.
21.Understand your body type.
22.Vegetables -Try to include more vegetables in your meals .
23.Workout at least 4 days a week-
I know that just by hearing this term most of us will feel sluggish and enervated...but just remember this is very important to keep our body active.
Even I feel lethargic and just feel like not doing anything...but I think I should also consider it more.
24.Yoga-Those who cant really get through cardio or aerobic workouts,they may start doing yoga .This not only just help in maintaining your body, but also your mental and emotional health.
